NUMBERS OF OLIVE PLANTS: 6000 (Type of farming: umbrella on irrigated land)

HARVEST TIME: month of October

HARVESTING METHOD: by hand and differentiated by single variety

AVERAGE PRODUCTION: 4000 litres of Titone organic olive oil

OLIVE OIL MILL: the olives, within 6 hours of the harvest, are processed in the company’s oil mill with continuous cycle (2 and a half phases), equipped with a toothed disk crusher and nitrogen plants to work in the absence of oxygen

CERTIFICATIONS: all phases of the organic production are controlled and certified in compliance with the CE Reg. 834/2007 and the CE Reg. 889/2008. The company follows the USDA – NOP standards applied in the USA; CCPB from Bologna is the Italian certification body for the organic farming. The company complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, standards that protect the quality and the environment; CSQA is the certification body. Membership in “Duales System Deutschand”

COLOUR: green with golden yellow hints

OLFACTORY: oil with an intense fruity nose, it is fresh with green notes of artichoke leaves, sage, nettle and white pepper

TASTE: very elegant and lively, with bitter and spicy, in singular harmony
